The Hefner Clearwell Tank is located in Oklahoma.  It has a capacity of 15.2 Million Gallons.  The tank was completed in 2011 and utilizes all bonded post-tensioning systems.  The post-tensioning was supplied and installed by VSL Incorporated.  The floor and roof of the structure were both placed monolithically.  The floor, walls and roof of the tank are bi axially post-tensioned.
